On September 1, 2022, Malaysia introduced the Premium Visa Programme (PVIP), allowing foreign investors to live in Malaysia for 20 years, with an option to renew for every 20 years.
Similar to Golden Visa schemes in countries like Thailand and Singapore, the program targets wealthy & high income individuals from nations with diplomatic ties to Malaysia. Applications are capped at 1% of Malaysia's population.

Letter of Good Conduct
Principal applicant of PVIP need to request the letter of good
conduct from the authority from the country they reside in.
Government Participation Fees
RM 200,000 (Main Applicant); RM 100,000 (Each Dependent)
